2022
YEAR-END REPORT
GOD IS STILL
AT WORK
We continue to be amazed at what God is doing through Ethos! At the risk of repeating ourselves too frequently, the truth is, one of the best parts about Ethos is you. No matter how you found yourself reading our “2022 Year End Report," we love you and are honored to be in this together with every one of you! We don’t care what part we play; we are just thankful to play a part. As you read this report, our prayer is that you would sense the whisper of the Spirit saying to you, "Well done." We truly believe God is smiling on the collective work of Ethos and pray that you know how valuable you are. May we always be a church that is built on the sacrifice of many rather than the gifts of a few.
We thank God for all that He is doing in our community, and we believe that the best is yet to come! So, here’s to 2023! A year that we sense God is calling us to lean deeper into holistic discipleship as we live out our vision to be with Jesus, become like Jesus, and do what Jesus did. Let us be in awe of God. Let us live sent, open-handed, and united. Let us reach, serve, & love more people than we ever dreamed possible, in Jesus’ name.
Love & Peace,
Jordan & Courtney
MOST PEOPLE HAVE YET TO EXPERIENCE THE REAL JESUS.
We are on a mission to change that.
COMMUNITY
Living life as a family is our priority
One of the best aspects about Ethos is the people! The Ethos Family is the heart and soul of our church and everything we do, whether creating spaces of belonging, serving with relentless generosity, or investing into each generation and transforming lives by loving all people in Jesus’ name.

Ethos 101 | Becoming Family
Ethos 101 is everyone's best step to learn more about the vision, mission, and culture of Ethos. And it is our pathway to being part of the Ethos family by joining a Servant Leader Team and using your gifts regularly through Ethos to serve and make a difference in Jesus' name.
In 2022, we have seen 83 people say yes to servant leadership and playing a part in our community.
291
Adults in Small Groups
We had 25 small groups across the city where people are connecting in relationally healthy community and growing to become more like Jesus.
243
Servant Leaders
We are leaders who serve and servants who lead to make a difference throughout our city. Servant leaders give their time, energy, and talents to build the Kingdom of God via Ethos through various servant leadership teams from Monday through Sunday.
44
Adult Salvations
We celebrate BIG for each person who says “yes” to a personal relationship with Jesus. We are continuing to identify ways to best equip Ethos to live on mission and to build disciples for Jesus.

YTH Salvations
The Ethos YTH team hosted our own Summer Camp where students had fun, developed life-giving community, and unpacked the hope of Jesus for their lives.

People in Alpha
We are excited that 49 people enrolled in the Ethos' Alpha Course. Alpha is a fun dinner series followed by group conversations designed for those who are interested in exploring life, spirituality, and faith through a Christian lens in a relaxed, non-judgmental environment.

Global Mission Trip
(El Salvador)
We took a team to El Salvador where we had the opportunity to connect with church staff in the cities of La Libertad and San Miguel. We were able to do a number of projects to help serve the church and surrounding communities. The one week we are there helps pastors Ivo and Giovanni and their teams connect with and serve people the other 51 weeks we aren’t there.
