Axioms For Life
A Study In The Book Of James

Get all the advice and instruction you can, so you will be wise the rest of your life.

- Proverbs 19:20 (NLT) -

What is the Axioms For Life devotional?

The Book of James was written to a church that was scattered and couldn’t meet all together due to circumstances beyond their control. We’re still experiencing a similar separation as a church today. In difficult times like these, trials and temptations are inevitable, but God will empower us to persevere as we live out our faith and grow spiritually mature. This is what the book of James is all about, learning to grow spiritually mature.

The purpose of the Axioms For Life devotional?

God isn’t interested in us practicing religion; instead, He desires a relationship with us. As we journey together for the next five weeks, our prayer for you is that you see from God's perspective, trust his process, and overcome temptation so we can live in His victory as we grow more mature together.
