GOD IS STILL

AT WORK

We continue to be amazed at what God is doing through Ethos! At the risk of repeating ourselves too frequently, the truth is, one of the best parts about Ethos is you. No matter how you found yourself reading our “2021 Year End Report," we love you and are honored to be in this together with every one of you! We don’t care what part we play; we are just thankful to play a part. As you read this report, our prayer is that you would sense the whisper of the Spirit saying to you, "Well done." We truly believe God is smiling on the collective work of Ethos and pray that you know how valuable you are. May we always be a church that is built on the sacrifice of many rather than the gifts of a few.

We thank God for all that He is doing in our community, and we believe that the best is yet to come! So, here’s to 2022! A year that we sense God is calling us to lean deeper into holistic discipleship as we live out our vision to be with Jesus, become like Jesus, and do what Jesus did. Let us be in awe of God. Let us live sent, open-handed, and united. Let us reach, serve, & love more people than we ever dreamed possible,

in Jesus’ name.

Love & Peace,

Jordan & Courtney

MOST PEOPLE HAVE YET TO EXPERIENCE THE REAL JESUS.

We are on a mission to change that.

COMMUNITY

Living life as a family is our priority

The best part about Ethos is the people! The Ethos Family is the heart and soul of our church and everything we do, whether creating spaces of belonging, serving with relentless generosity, or investing into each generation and transforming lives by loving all people in Jesus’ name.

Regathered Sundays

March 21 marked our first regathered Sunday worship experience at Nationwide Conference Center. In May, we expanded into a second service as we create a space for all people as we continue to grow in our Sunday attendance. We don't speak publicly about how many people attend in-person on Sundays because we don't believe those are the numbers that matter the most. However, we are grateful that the Lord continues to connect people into our Ethos Family.

Additionally, our Creative and Production Teams lead the strategy and process to continually improve our live-streamed Ethos worship experiences, and we are seeing people join our community online from other cities and states as we follow Jesus together.

Adults in Small Groups

We had 24 small groups across the city where people are connecting in relationally healthy community and growing to become more like Jesus.

209

Servant Leaders

We are leaders who serve and servants who lead to make a difference throughout our city. Servant leaders give their time, energy, and talents to build the Kingdom of God via Ethos through various servant leadership teams from Monday through Sunday.

Adult Salvations

We celebrate BIG for each person who says “yes” to a personal relationship with Jesus. We are continuing to identify ways to best equip Ethos to live on mission and to build disciples for Jesus.

YTH Salvations

The Ethos YTH team hosted our own Summer Camp where students had fun, developed life-giving community, and unpacked the hope of Jesus for their lives.

People in Undivided

We are excited that 25 people enrolled in the Ethos Undivided Class, and leaned into conversations around racial solidarity as we identify ways to bring unity as followers of Jesus. We desire to be a part of the answer to Jesus' prayer in John 17.

GENEROSITY IS

OUR  PRIVILEGE

What can we do today that will be celebrated in Heaven for all of eternity?

Global Mission Trip
(El Salvador)

We took a team to El Salvador where we had the opportunity to connect with church staff in the cities of La Libertad and San Miguel. We were able to do a number of projects to help serve the church and surrounding communities. The one week we are there helps pastors Ivo and Giovanni and their teams connect with and serve people the other 51 weeks we aren’t there.
