For The Sake Of Others
We continue to be amazed at what God is doing through Ethos! At the risk of repeating ourselves too frequently, the truth is, one of the best parts about Ethos is you. No matter how you found yourself reading our “2025 Year End Report," we love you and are honored to be in this together with every one of you! We don’t care what part we play; we are just thankful to play a part. As you read this report, our prayer is that you would sense the whisper of the Spirit saying to you, "Well done." We truly believe God is smiling on the collective work of Ethos and pray that you know how valuable you are. May we always be a church that is built on the sacrifice of many rather than the gifts of a few.
We thank God for all that He is doing in our community, and we believe that the best is yet to come! So, here’s to 2026! A year that we sense God is calling us to lean deeper into holistic discipleship as we live out our vision to be with Jesus, become like Jesus, and do what Jesus did. Let us be in awe of God. Let us live sent, open-handed, united, and full of faith all for the sake of others. Let us reach, serve, & love more people than we ever dreamed possible, in Jesus’ name.
Love & Peace,
Jordan & Courtney
MOST PEOPLE HAVE YET TO EXPERIENCE THE REAL JESUS.
We are on a mission to change that.
COMMUNITY
Living life as a family is our priority
One of the best aspects about Ethos is the people! The Ethos Family is the heart and soul of our church and everything we do, whether creating spaces of belonging, serving with relentless generosity, or investing into each generation and transforming lives by loving all people in Jesus’ name.

Ethos 301 | Becoming Family
Ethos 101-301 is everyone's best step to learn more about the vision, mission, and culture of Ethos. And it is our pathway to being part of the Ethos family by joining a Servant Leader Team and using your gifts regularly through Ethos to serve and make a difference in Jesus' name.
In 2025, we have seen 128 people say yes to committing to the Ethos family and playing a part in our community.

Ethos Mentorship
In 2024, we concluded our 9-month mentorship groups where men and women who are seasoned in their faith are able to share their life experiences as followers of Jesus, and invest into mentees' lives. These mentorship groups are intentionally designed to create safe spaces to be authentic, vulnerable and be challenged to grow in mentees' spiritual life and leadership.

Candy's Prayer Gathering Story

When I began taking my faith seriously, I realized something simple yet profound: relationships thrive on communication. If I’m in a relationship with God, then communication with Him is prayer. That understanding sparked a desire in me to become truly devoted to prayer.
When the Prayer Gatherings started, it felt like someone else had planned a beautiful date night—I just had to show up. These gatherings carve out sacred space that daily life often crowds out: space to be still before God, to worship Him with the music that sets the atmosphere, to pour out your heart to the One who already knows it, and to share the moment with fellow believers on the same journey. Or sometimes, simply to sit quietly and soak in His presence.
Every time I leave, I feel encouraged, refreshed, and at peace. It's been an added bonus to get to share these spaces with my small group. Not only are we continuing to grow in our friendships with one another, but we are growing in our relationship with God together, too.
Jenny H. and Jackie K's Small Group Story

Over the last year, we have led an Ethos ongoing small group of intergenerational women. If you would’ve told us last year, when we were feeling intimidated and a bit scared to even begin this group, all that God would do through this group of women, we may not have believed you!
Each week, we come together from different seasons of life—some just beginning their faith journey, others who have walked with Jesus for decades, and some of us who are somewhere in between. As we reflect and discuss the week’s BREAD journal passages, we see how God speaks to each of us uniquely. Although this sounds so simple, it has been a deeply impactful gift.
Both of us are moms of young kids, so life is full and often chaotic, but the structure of BREAD helps us stay rooted in Scripture, even on the busiest days, guiding us to not just read, but truly engage with God’s Word. Jenny’s young daughters look forward to their living room being filled with this community on a weekly basis, which has spurred on their own desire to be in their BREAD journals.
Both BREAD and our small group have become more than just habits; they are rhythms of grace that keep us connected to God and to community as we grow in faith together.

The Way Intensive
We’ve sensed a hunger at Ethos to go deeper in discipleship. To grow in our spiritual formation for the sake of others. So, we’ve created The Way Intensive – a ten week journey rooted in community designed to dive into our core beliefs and deepen our theology, grow in our spiritual practices, and cultivate the friendships that are vital to following Jesus and seeking his Kingdom in Columbus. And this fall, we saw 51 people take the step to understanding the foundation of intentional spiritual formation.

The Way Intensive Story

Our ten weeks in The Way Intensive was a gift. Week after week, gathering around the table; we shared fellowship, honest dialogue, and a desire to grow. We were stretched to think deeper and wider, beyond established beliefs. Seeking with curiosity and guided by the Holy Spirit, it allowed for real transformation and connections to be fostered. We are grateful for the growth we experienced together and the commitment Ethos is making to invest in those that call Ethos home. As we step into community groups, we carry shared foundations rooted in Jesus Christ—preparing our hearts for the year ahead.

Ross & Christie's Mentorship Story

We had been talking for some time about how we both sensed the Lord inviting us to serve in new ways at Ethos. In the midst of those conversations, we heard about Young Adult Discipleship. The timing felt like a clear call from the Lord. Walking alongside the young adults in our groups has been such a blessing—one we did not fully anticipate. Through this ministry, we have built meaningful, Christ-centered relationships and have experienced spiritual growth ourselves.
We were also given the opportunity to attend the Young Adults retreat. Although our purpose was to offer spiritual support and guidance, we found ourselves being ministered to in powerful and unexpected ways. During that weekend, we experienced the Holy Spirit more deeply than we ever anticipated, reminding us of God’s presence and faithfulness. We are incredibly grateful for this opportunity, for the relationships that have formed, and for the countless ways God has met us in places we never expected. Serving in this ministry has truly been a gift.
Ethos Kids
Our greatest investment as a church may not be something we do,
but the CHILDREN we raise together.
Ethos YTH
We are all about embracing the fun and energy of middle and high school students partnered with creating space practical conversations about following Jesus.
This year, we took some students on our first ever overnight camp. Here are a few of their stories.
Young Adult Retreat Story

One of the highlights of this past year was attending YA Retreat. Stepping away from the constant stress of work, disconnecting from technology, and resting with the Lord created the space our hearts had been needing. We also felt so connected with everyone else that attended and even left with new friends.
Some of the most meaningful time was our time of solitude. We felt the Holy Spirit’s presence in a real and refreshing way. The pace of the retreat was slow, unhurried, and peaceful, reminding us of what it means to truly rest in God. We left feeling grateful, renewed, and encouraged, carrying with us a deeper sense of purpose and connection with the Lord.

Global Mission Trip
(El Salvador)
We took a team of 18 servant leaders to El Salvador where we had the opportunity to connect with church staff in the city of San Miguel. We were able to do a number of projects to help serve the church and surrounding communities. The one week we are there helps pastors Ivo and Giovanni and their teams connect with and serve people the other 51 weeks we aren’t there.
