The Discipleship Pathway exists to guide you in your life-long and non-linear journey of following Jesus.

Are you curious about faith?
Alpha is a series of relaxed evenings of dinner and conversation where people of all backgrounds can get together to explore the big questions of life, Jesus, and faith. No pressure. No judgement. No charge. Just real conversations.
If you are exploring faith and Jesus for the first time, or would say you are following Jesus but rethinking your faith because of significant doubts or unanswered questions, Alpha is for you.
Our 2026 Alpha is currently in session.
Foundations Course
Are you exploring what it
means to follow Jesus?
The Foundations Course is designed to lay the foundations of what it means to follow Jesus. It’s best suited for those who are seriously considering following Jesus, those who are just beginning the journey, or those who feel they need a refresher on the essentials.
The next Foundations Course starts on Monday, April 13, 2026.
The Way Intensive
Do you want to go deeper in discipleship?
The Way Intensive is for those that would identify as committed followers of Jesus. It is an eight week journey rooted in community designed to dive into our core beliefs and deepen our theology, grow in our spiritual practices, and cultivate the friendships that are vital to following Jesus and seeking his Kingdom in Columbus.
In order to join an Ethos Community, you must first go through The Way Intensive. We are encouraging this so that our Communities have a shared foundation of theology, practice and commitment to following Jesus.
The next session of The Way Intensive starts on Monday, September 14th, 2026.

An Ethos Community is a group of people who make a one-year commitment to gather together around the table with the goal of being formed by Jesus in community.
