“During my time at camp I started to feel closer to God. On Monday of camp I had only felt that close to the Jesus the day I got baptized. I started to understand what I could do to be closer to Him. I have learned how God is the source, He controls the storm, and He gave us the gift of the Holy Spirit.  Whenever I was praying, I felt His presence. I feel He made everything happen so I could experience Him and come to this camp. I have made friends that also believe in Christ. “God has called me to have a bolder influence on the people close to me. To always help lead the people I know and don’t to Christ. I am trying to figure out if I want to lead a life in ministry or if I want to use my abilities to help bring a secular work force to Christ. I would like to lead a life in government, but to help and love people in honest work. I am just thankful for yet another amazing week of life with God. This camp has been a blessing in my life proving I should work for what I believe in.” -Luis
