Raffle Purpose and PeriodThis raffle is conducted by a nonprofit charitable organization and is intended to qualify as a charitable raffle under applicable law, with proceeds supporting the organization’s charitable purposes.  The raffle begins August 10, 2026 and ends November 10, 2026. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 10, 2026. A winner will be selected by random drawing on November 12, 2026, via live stream. Eligibility and Geographic RestrictionsParticipants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.  Participation is limited to individuals physically located in jurisdictions where such raffles are permitted at the time of entry. The raffle is void in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited or where its operation would require registration, licensing, bonding, or other regulatory approval that has not been obtained by the organization.  This includes any claims, restrictions, or requirements arising under applicable laws or regulations governing raffles, sweepstakes, or charitable gaming activities in such jurisdiction.  Participation is limited to individuals who are physically located in jurisdictions where the raffle is permitted by applicable law at the time of entry.  The organization reserves the right to disqualify any entry or void participation where required by applicable law or where participation would expose the organization to regulatory risk.  Without limiting the foregoing, the raffle is void in the following jurisdictions:  Alabama, California, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.Location Enforcement and VerificationParticipants must be physically present in an eligible jurisdiction at the time of entry.  Use of VPNs or similar tools to circumvent restrictions is prohibited. The organization reserves the right to verify identity, age, and location at any time, including by requiring government-issued identification and proof of residency, and to disqualify any participant who fails verification. Participant ResponsibilityParticipants are solely responsible for ensuring participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.  The organization makes no representation regarding legality outside the State of Ohio.Prize StructureThe primary prize is a vehicle as described in promotional materials. Minimum Ticket Threshold:A maximum of 50,000 raffle tickets will be made available for purchase at a price of $50.00 per ticket. If total gross raffle ticket sales do not reach at least $200,000.00 by the conclusion of the Raffle period, the vehicle will not be awarded. Instead, the winner shall receive a cash prize equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total gross raffle ticket sales collected by Ethos Church Inc.For purposes of these Terms, “total gross raffle ticket sales” means the total amount received from all raffle ticket purchases prior to any deductions for expenses, fees, taxes, or costs associated with the Raffle.The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the organization. Winner Selection and NotificationThe organization will select the winner on November 12, 2026, via live stream, and will notify the winner using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Verification RequirementsBefore being declared an official winner, the selected entrant must provide valid government-issued identification, proof of age and residency, and complete and return all required documentation (including Form W-9), and must confirm compliance with all eligibility requirements. Failure to satisfy these requirements may result in disqualification. Prize Claim DeadlinesThe selected winner must respond within five (5) days of notification and must complete all required documentation and payments within ten (10) days.  Failure to meet these deadlines may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. Tax ObligationsThe winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.  The fair market value of the vehicle, or the amount of any cash prize, will be treated as taxable income. The organization will issue IRS Form W-2G and may be required to withhold 24% federal income tax pursuant to applicable law. If the prize is a vehicle, the winner must provide sufficient funds to satisfy any required withholding before the vehicle is transferred.  If the prize is cash, withholding may be deducted from the prize amount. Prize TransferThe vehicle is awarded “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.  Title will not be transferred until all eligibility requirements, documentation, and tax obligations are satisfied.  The winner is responsible for registration, insurance, and all costs associated with accepting the vehicle. Disqualification and Alternate WinnerEntries that violate these Terms are void.  The organization reserves the right to disqualify any participant at any time, including after winner selection, if eligibility cannot be verified or if fraud or misrepresentation is suspected.  An alternate winner may be selected. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, the organization shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of participation in the raffle or acceptance of the prize.  Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for a raffle ticket. ReleaseBy participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the organization, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the raffle or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.Suspension, Modification, or Extension of RaffleEthos Church Inc reserves the right to suspend, postpone, modify, or extend the Raffle if circumstances beyond its reasonable control interfere with the administration, integrity, or lawful operation of the Raffle, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, legal restrictions, emergencies, technical failures, or other force majeure events. In the event of any such suspension or interruption, Ethos Church Inc may extend the Raffle period and reschedule the drawing date as reasonably necessary to complete the Raffle. By participating in the Raffle, entrants acknowledge and agree that reasonable delays, interruptions, modifications, or extensions may occur and release Ethos Church Inc and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising solely from such actions, except where prohibited by law. Governing Law and VenueThese Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within the State of Ohio. Finality of DecisionsAll decisions of the organization regarding eligibility, winner selection, and interpretation of these Terms shall be final and binding. SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Entire AgreementThese Terms constitute the entire agreement between the participant and the organization and supersede all prior representations or agreements.
